Delaware’s Urban and Community Forestry Program conducts a number of programs designed to certify and recognize municipalities, homeowner associations, organizations, and schools who are committed to maintaining and increasing the trees in their neighborhood.

Urban Grant Program

This year’s application deadline was Friday, March 5, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. Applications are no longer being accepted for this year. The urban forestry grant program has provided $1.85 million for 588 grants and planted 16,000 trees.
